This is the easiest action to be performed in a multiple control selection. To move all controls so that they retain their relative positions, select the controls that you wish to move and click on one of the controls and move it to its new position.
PowerBuilder will indicate where the controls will end up by displaying rectangles along with the mouse pointer (similar to moving a window/icon in MS-Windows) until the left mouse button is released.
