You get a screen shot and see that, yes, they are. These tabs have been disabled within the application by various other processes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/blank-tabs.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1065 size-full\" title=\"blank tabs\" src=\"https:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/blank-tabs.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"265\" height=\"43\" srcset=\"https:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/blank-tabs.png 265w, https:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/blank-tabs-150x24.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 265px) 100vw, 265px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Furthermore you find out the client is running the application in a Citrix session; Aha! that&#8217;s the culprit. Well, not really.<\/p>\n<p>You can reproduce this on a Windows XP workstation (running PB11.5 code) by bringing up your desktop properties &#8211; appearance tab &#8211; windows and buttons dropdown and choosing &#8216;Windows Classic&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/display-props.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1066 size-full\" title=\"display props\" src=\"https:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/display-props.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"443\" srcset=\"https:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/display-props.png 400w, https:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/display-props-270x300.png 270w, https:\/\/anvil-of-time.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/display-props-135x150.png 135w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Changing this to Windows XP will correct the issue.<\/p>\n<p>As a side note for Citrix this is controlled by the &#8216;Desktop Experience&#8217; feature installed on the server.
