This service gives you functions that are not available in PowerBuilder. For example, finding the last day of the month, checking for weekday/week-end, Julian dates conversion, relative date, leap year checking and so on. There is nothing much to explain about this service, you can find the available functions by browsing the pfc_n_cst_datetime user object, located in the pfcapsrv.pbl. Note that, auto-instantiate property is turned on to this service.
