Introduction to PowerBuilder

Identifiers

All PowerBuilder variable/object names should follow the following naming conventions.

• They must start with a letter and can have up to 40 characters.
• Spaces are not allowed.
• They are case insensitive.
• They can include letters, digits and the following special characters: dash (-), Dollar ($), Percent (%), Hash (#) and Underscore (_).
